Once an appointment is placed, the time is reserved especially for you to ensure you receive our dedicated service. However, we also recognise unforeseeable events may take place that require your urgent attention. Therefore, in the unlikely event of a cancellation or postponement, please give us at least 24 hours notice so that we can reschedule others in need. Our clinic can be reached anytime; our friendly staff is available during business hours and a 24hrs answering machine service will ensure your message delivery after hours.
In the rare cases of continuous absence from booked appointments, we may request full upfront payment of your consultation fee to confirm your appointment. This fee is non-refundable and the appointment cannot be rescheduled. All matters are subject to the discretion of clinic management and we do apologise for any potential inconveniences caused.
